Shipping:

Free shipping to the United States and Canada on orders over $150 USD, flat rate of $8 USD applied to all orders under $50 USD, and flat rate of $12 USD applied to all orders between $50 – $150 USD.

Ordered items will ship within 1-3 days, unless otherwise noted at checkout. After leaving our facility, products will be delivered in 7-14 business days for orders to the US and Canada. US orders may be subject to taxes and duties upon delivery.

Returns:

We will gladly return any unopened products within 14 days of receipt. If an item is damaged, please notify us immediately at  ranibisal@gmail.com within 14 days, along with detailed photographs and description of the damage.
